See doctor: Why aren't you eating or drinking? You are probably very dehydrated at this point and need urgent medical attention. Black tarry stool can be a sign of gastrointestinal bleed even if you see no bright red blood. Seek help immediately.

Go to ER ASAP: Unfortunately you may be very sick. These are all warning signs of a serious condition possibly involving your stomach and or kidneys. I would strongly advise you to visit your ER as soon as possible as you may have multiple organ systems that are being affected.
