When do you test for hiv? cdc website "you may not need to be screened for hiv if if you aren't sexually active and if you and your doctor have determined that you have a very low risk of getting hiv." i never had oral, vaginal, or anal sex?

You could get tested anytime. From what you described you are not at risk for HIV, however, getting will not do any harm. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Yes, recommendation is correct, in your case testing becomes optional after discussing with your primary care doc.
