Is it possible to get hpv by touching undergarments while cuddling and kissing ..but there was no bare genital contact or no oral ,no vaginal , no anal sex or any sort of genital to genital contact..but after touching happened to touch own genitals?

Your many questions show you are obsessed about HPV for no good reason. If a penis does not enter your body, you are unlikely to be infected. But if you are, no big deal: getting and having genital HPV is a normal, expected consequence of having sex; unless you remain a lifelong virgin, probably you will have HPV someday. But you can bevaccinated for 90% protection against serious outcomes.

HPV is a virus transferred by way of blood to blood and open wounds and blisters. HERPES 1 can be transferred by kissing. Safe sex is the best way not to get any diseases. No contact sex equals no HPV.
