A member asked:

Is it possible to acquire hpv from touching clothes(underware while cuddling ) and later by mistake own genitals while using restroom without washing hands,no genital skin to genital skin contact,no vaginal sex,no oral or anal sex(partners -virgin)?

Touching underwear isn't enough to transmit HPV. More sexual contact with a person who has active HPV infection is required. If you haven't had the vaccine, you should get it.

Skin to skin contact is necessary for HPV transmission to occur. CDC.gov is a reliable site for further information. You should have been offered the vaccine by now.

What you described is not a risk factor for HPV infection. Get HPV vaccination.
