So there is no or low risk of transmission by touching underwear and there was no bare genital skin contact...am afraid tht with the same hands touching own genitals would increase the risk of getting hpv infection .please confirm sir or mam, scared?

Confirmed. HPV is not transmitted by any kind of casual touching. For infection to take hold, it requires exposure to LOTS of virus, not small amounts; and generallly requires that the virus be massaged into the exposed tissues. These are the reasons it is only transmitted by sex. Please do your best to stop worrying about this! It simply never occurs.

Skin to skin contact is necessary for HPV transmission to occur. CDC.gov is a reliable site for further information. You should have been offered the vaccine by now.
