Not necessarily, it only means that your “episodes” are not related to abnormal electrical activity of the brain. The conditions you mentioned among others remain as possible explanations for your “episodes”.

A normal 24 hr EEG merely demonstrates no recorded abnormality during that slice of time. Odds are that you don't have epilepsy, but this is NOT 100%. Now it is your doctor's task to decide next steps.
