Please see an Allergist/ENT who can administer a blood test that can determine your allergies and can prescribe treatment.

Your primary care provider can assess a shellfish allergy with an allergy blood panel (IgE). There are tests that you can purchase online that are not accurate. Food allergies that cause anaphylaxis (shortness of breath, swelling of throat and eyes), need to be treated with an epi pen. A skin test can be performed from a board certified allergist/immunologist. You may need a referral from your PCP
