I'm 14 weeks pregnant, is it safe to take cephalexin for urinary tract infection? i'm 39 years old, miscarried a year ago and i'm afraid that such medication can cause miscarriage?

Based on available information cephalexin is considered in general compatible with pregnancy, it does cross placenta in the fetal circulation. Your best reference remains your obstetrician that can review its benefit/ risk ratio in your current context.
