Anemia: Majority of anemia can be cured- as long as you know the cause- i.e. Iron, vit B12 deficiency, bleeding etc. Some others can only be treated but it is very difficult to be cured - for instance- myelodysplastic syndrome, sickle cell, thalassemia, etc. Insomnia on the other hand is difficulty in sleeping.Sleep hygiene is important, no tv, reading, exercise at bed time.Go to see your doc for evaluation.

Sleep: I agree w dr. Ho. She extensively covered anemia. Here is more about sleep hygiene. 1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening time (to include weekends). Get up the same time each day, regardless of what time you fell asleep. 2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals prior to bedtime may include a warm bath or shower, aroma therapy, reading, or listening to gentle music.
