Brain surgery: She has " cerebral anemia" because she has lost a tremendous blood because of the clots. Her condition is extremely serious.She Is not moving or talking because she has severe brain damage and may not recover

Ask more questions: Curious if there is a language barrier here. Possibly they intended to say cerebral ischemia. Anemia is a generalized process and not something limited to the brain. Having said that, I agree with the other response that this does not sound good and if your friend truly has no movement that is a poor sign. However, make sure their low responsiveness is not also due to sedation medication.
