19 yo female ovarian cyste iron defiency anemia severe period pain, fatigue headaches back pain she is a student abroad dealing with stress the cyst recently reptured and was removed by sergery, is there a relation between the cyst and iron defiency?

Not particularly: Ruptured cysts bay bleed some internally but the body recycles the blood & the iron it contains. Young menstruating women will commonly become iron deficient unless their diet is rich in iron or they take an iron supplement. Every menses throws away iron.
