7 weeks post op hydrocelectomy, swelling is 90% down, but there's a pea-sized bump on the bottom of the testicle. what is that? paranoid that somehow i have cancer, or is that one of the effects from surgery?

It is part of the healing process and should getter with time. Sometimes it is the way it heals depending on the kind of hydrocelectomy. It is not cancer had there been your surgeon would have taken care of it at surgery. Wear a good support underwear and dont feel the area too often. You will be fine
