Here are some...: The best bet for answering your individual concerns is to ask your surgeon. But it has been known that the surgical wound takes 2-6 months to mature up to 75-85% and becomes fully mature in 2 yrs, but never back to the original 100%, probably at 95% at most. This is life reality. As to long hanging sac, that can not be corrected with hydrocelectomy, which is only to correct fluid collection...
