Mri of abdomen (liver) the liver is normal in size and contour. there is no evidence of hepatic steatosis. punctate hypoenhancing foci are seen in the hepatic dome (18/56), incompletely characterized. hepatic/portal veins patent. is this normal?

You are quite young so I wonder why you had the MRI of the liver done. Even a radiologist needs a clinical clue (the reason why MRI was ordered) when reading the MRI so if the radiologist did not find any suspected lesion, you should not worry much. I, of course, can't tell you much with this non-specific finding but I doubt its significance.
