From last 7 to 9 months, i am getting muscle spasm , each spasm last for few seconds. no pain. no weakness till now. i can lift objects easily. can it be als or multiple sclerosis?

Muscle spasm is not a pathognomic symptom of ALS or MS.

Muscle spasms are nonspecific and are not diagnostic of any specific disorder. Very unlikely that MS or ALS would present this way.
