Two weeks ago i tested positive for omicron and thankfully now feeling better.i resumed my daily life but when i went to work suddenly i felt sharp and unbearable pain in my right knee, right calf, right ankle and right hamstring?

I doubt the relationship with your acute right leg pain with the recent omicron infection. If symptom persists or gets worse, see your doctor by then. In the mean time you can take Tylenol or Motrin as needed for pain.
