: I believe Losanet is sold in other countries but in US = losartan. This is NOT a beta-blocker. Losartan belongs to the class called Angiotensin Receptor Blocker--the ARB class for hypertension and is OFTEN used in patients with diabetes. I hope this helps/answers your question. Good luck.
