Why don't doctors agree with each other and give separate diagnosis to patients?

Sometimes, an early disease presentation can be vague, resulting in varying speculative diagnoses. Often treatment can vary and different choices may be preferred. Have found, however, that primary doctors and consultants often confer and agree with most important situations. If you are unhappy with communication, get a second opinion.
