Please provide the TLC, DLCP adjusted for volume and your BMI. Do you smoke? shortness of breath? The airflow on the larger airways is reduced. More details would be helpful. Asthma diagnosis also is a clinical diagnosis and more information is needed. Keep all vaccinations up to date.

More info needed for an accurate advice but these figures are consistent with your history of asthma which could be moderate to severe. Please follow with a pulmonologist for a thorough assessment and you will need a PFT with bronchodilator(s).
