Not normal: Most of the abnormalities are likely from obesity. This should give you a good incentive to lose weight. The bloating and belching will likely improve as well.

Follow up studies: These results indicate mild restriction with a normal FEV1/FVC ratio, and mildly decreased TLC. These results do warrant further investigation while obesity may contribute to the results. I would suggest a chest imaging study, a follow up study with bronchodilator, to document responsiveness and to consider whether there is interstitial disease.

What it means to have 79 of fev1 but 93 of fev1/fvc? Dlco is also decreased and rv is increased. Doctors said it is not Copd but numbers say something different to me....
