Perhaps but...: Most of the problem is likely due to obesity. I would guess that you are more than 30 lbs overweight. If so, it is not the lungs but the blubber- sorry to be so blunt.

Follow up study: The results indicate a mild restriction. I would suggest a follow up study and perhaps a chest radiograph depending on your history and physical exam. In addition, a weight reduction program should be outlined.
