I have an itchy anus. i clean myself well with wet wipes so im not sure what it could be. i dont think its a sign of a condition since its my only symptom. some said it could be the wet wipes causing it but if i just use tp i dont feel clean. what do?

Stop using the wet wipes for a while, if itching goes away you will have your answer and can make a decision going forward. If itching persists seeing your doc for an exam and possible tests if felt needed would be best for peace of mind.

Agree with Dr. P. The "wet wipes' likely have a chemical that is causing the symptoms. Rather than using packaged wet wipes, you can use tap water to wet TP to feel "clean". You may also consider getting a "bidet" like Toto washlet that can be installed on existing toilet. Wish you good health!
