Palpable lymph nodes are not of significant concern unless their size is more than 1CM and there is continued enlargement in the size without having a decrement in size. So you do not have to check your groin node more than once a month and ignore it unless there is increase in size to more than 1CM. What is GAD??

You can watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

You have to have your anxiety addressed, make sure your doc is aware of your lymph node, majority of which are reactive. It has to do with your attention seeking unconsciously anxiety creating findings and that’s why counseling may help.
