Psychotherapy: Being human like you, i surely understand feeling fear. The "worst" one for each of us is probably different, though. Working with a therapist to understand and deal with your fear is very important. Many methods could be used -- such as focused talk, visualization, hypnosis, and emdr (a specialized method that helps people process painful emotion more easily). Find your therapist, & begin.
