Ive had a pain in my right testicle for 3 days now. it never goes away but sometimes its worse and sometimes its not as bad. also my testicle is a little higher than the other. can it be torsion or no ? should i go to the e. r. ?

It does not sound like a torsion. You need to see a Urologist for proper assessment ASAP. In the meantime wear a good scrotal support. In many people the left testicle is lower normally . To the ER if the pain is bad. Hope you feel better
