A 37-year-old male asked:
Baclofen 20mg 3x daily, have spoken to my doctor about reducing by 5mg for one dose during the day to see what effect there may be. would you think 10mg instead of 20mg for one dose would be too much?

Dose of baclofen varies from person to person, and due to short half life, may respond better if you take lower dose more frequently. Work with your doctor to find the ideal dose with the least side effects.
