Does doc know?Monito: Does the prescribing doctor know that you've had 2 strokes? (Did the doc address this when u met him/her?) Baclofen hasn't been shown to improve the overall condition of stroke pts. However, it can cause paralysis (opp of spasm) & seizures in those who've had a stroke. So, the risk could outweigh benefit. Normal doses of Baclofen don't CAUSE stroke, so it's a warning, not contraindication. Monitor
