Your anemia may not be the main reason for your fatigue; metastatic cancer alone can have that effect. Unfortunately, no distant forum expert can help much in managing such complex medical problems; discuss this with your doctor and/or care team (e.g. do you have a case manager?). If your anemia indeed is severe, perhaps they would advise blood transfusion as a temporary measure. Good luck to you.

Unless anemia is severe, where blood transfusions are many times used, eythropoietin like drugs have been used with some improvement in anemia. In your case, fatigue is likely multi factorial, with the advanced malignancy likely contributing significantly.
