I'm having radiation therapy for pain from metastatic breast cancer (in my shoulders) does it cause fatigue? i am exhausted. when does it go away?

Fatigue is a common side effect of radiation and a notorious sign of progressing cancer. Radiation will help stabilize metastatic lesions and time will offer eventually the delineation between radiation side effect ( transient effect) and progressing cancer, persistent effect.
