It has to do with many factors, among which local viral activity, facility cleanliness, willingness of population to protect others that is contrasted with individual’s overall immunity, vaccinated and boosted, other medical conditions and so on. No longer a 100% safe game.

If you are vaccinated and boosted, you have little risk of catching or getting sick from Covid. Take the usual precautions of masking and physical distancing. Benefit of exercise outweighs the risks. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
