Actually, yes: My good friend is an ER nurse and she said ER's are virtually empty because people don't want to go to a hospital due to CODVID, even if they have a serious issue. So if you need to go to the ER, go right ahead! No waiting.

Call ahead: COVID 19 has hit different areas of country differently. ER's in some areas might be over-run with COVID patients and ER's in other areas may be seeing very few patients. Call ahead to the ER and obtain their guidance.
