Social distancing: If one attends a rally in which people are in close proximity & significant numbers - that would be a recipe for transmission.

If you know everyone is vaccinated and boosted to COVID-19 and everyone is wearing a well fitting KN95 or N95 or medical grade surgical mask properly over nose and mouth,and if there is a negative test required before the event,it may be safer, and with physical distancing,even safer.However, all of these protective measures are not likely to be in place...and now (1/2022) with Omicron, less safe
