Get real Rx: Whoever told you "natural is better" did you a major disservice, especially if scarring was the result. If benzoyl peroxide has failed, get with your physician for some evidence-based treatment. Topical Clindamycin and (if you can take it) the oral contraceptive pill are only two of several options for clearing yourself. A dermatologist will have to fix the damage that's been done.

Not if medical prob: If this skin condition is due to an underlying medical condition, natural products may not cause any relief. I would see a dermatologist first. Otherwise a dermatologist recommended mild daily facial cleanser (i.e. Cetaphil) and a non-comedogenic facial moisturizer with spf ( eucerin) with weekly fruit acid peels and exfoliation may be beneficial. If persistent lesions, see a dermatologist.
