No: It is a waste of money and will not reduce your scars. When you control your acne your face will gradually heal. You fail to mention important details. Menst normal? Birth control? Any meds or supplements? If you are not pregnant, your best treatment is probably tretinoin gel/cream and oral spironolactone. A dermatologist will help you.
