Appears that your pulse is quite rapid for a 28 yo female, assuming that you did not exercise prior to standing still. Best to see your physician, and check this supine and standing. Possibility of POTS, but needs more extensive evaluation.

No You need to have an event monitor The possibility are for diagnosis 1.inappropriate sinus tachycardia 2 Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome Rarely anemia can do it also So blood work need to be done and event monitor as well as thyroid level Ok
