If your heart rate was taken with an accurate device it is normal. My guess is that you are not eating healthy diet as BMI is 42. The healthiest BMI is less than 25.0. In most Drs thinking a BMI of 42 is considered to be massively obese. Discuss with your Dr. Unless you entered your height wrong. So 7'2" would make your BMI in best range or you entered weight wrong & meant to enter 125 lbs.
