Found a painful lump on my back just below neck and near shoulder any idea what this could be it's painful to press and just came out of nowhere?

Likely a boil, due to skin infection with staph or strep bacteria. You can apply warm compress several times a day until it breaks by itself. If it gets bigger and does not break, your doctor can help with I & D (incision and drainage).
