I got my urine analysis and find an acidic ph 5 leukocyte esterase 8-10 rbc 20-30 pus cells many epithelial cells i need help to know whats wrong?

Urinalysis: This is an abnormal urinalysis but it could be contaminated by vaginal contents if it wasn't a clean catch specimen. If it was a clean catch, further studies like urine culture, urine cytology,kidney and bladder ultrasounds and urology consultation would be in order.

Hello. What to make of labs? Leukocyte Esterase +1, Squamous Epithelial Cells moderate, WBCs 1-5, RBCs 1-5, Clarity slightly cloudy. Blood: e-GFR 102, C-reactive protein 1.7 (I'm usually 0). Thanks!
Does an urinalysis report of: leukocyte esterase 1+, urine WBC 6-10 and squamous epithelial cells 0-5 mean an infection?
If >100 squamous epithelial cells/lpf indicates contamination of urine specimen, do I still need worry abt high wbc, pos leukocyte esterase & mucous?
