I'm sorry but probably not. Maximum height is usually reached by about 2 years after the onset of menstrual periods for girls, and I'm guessing you went through puberty much younger than 18. Another predictor would be rate of growth. If your height has not changed in a while, it's not going to any more. Not to worry, many including the Olsen twins, Kristen Bell and Lady Gaga are not much taller...
