Heart murmur: Simple answer YES! You must see your primary doctor about this as soon as possible. If you need to wait to see your doctor please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. Things should go well. Please let me know how things go.

36 m - No prior heart problems. Had heart murmur when I was a kid then closed. Been having aching paint left side chest nipple area comes and goes. Went to heart doc they listened to lungs and said was clear. Could it be muscular? Bp is good?
