Presume you have epilepsy, and that control of seizures is optimal. But both of your medications are potentially teratogenic, and would not advise pregnancy due to risk of fetal malformations. Some anti-epileptic medications may be far safer in pregnancy, and this is a discussion to be had with your neurologist, who may have already counseled you.
