Hi, i take topamax 3 times by mouth daily and keppra 2 times by mouth twice daily. i dont know if there is a risk with getting pregnant, or if my meds will cause anything while pregnant?

Presume you have epilepsy, and that control of seizures is optimal. But both of your medications are potentially teratogenic, and would not advise pregnancy due to risk of fetal malformations. Some anti-epileptic medications may be far safer in pregnancy, and this is a discussion to be had with your neurologist, who may have already counseled you.
