Geographic tongue, scares me after eating spicy/sour foods. i get painful, raised sores after eating; lacy appearance; fissure. i've always been negative for food allergies, but get scared when the sore bumps appear after spicy/sour foods. dangerous?

The standard mantra is if it hurts when you do that don't do that. A geographic tongue is considered a benign self resolving process. It appears you react to one or more spices like some due to foods but this may not be a true allergy. Keeping a diary of those exposures that trigger the effect, then avoiding them would be a reasonable plan. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
