Explanation for myelocytes (2%) in periph blood besides cml etc.? different sites say inflammation can cause. w/ anemia, is cancer the best bet?

Not always: Sometime a stressed marrow from an infection or other reason an also cause myelocytes in blood. Rec you go to a hematologist to see if a marrow exam is warranted.

Varies: Lot of other differentials also (reactive et al). Please talk to your doctor about need for further workup.
