Why am i breathing worse 2 weeks after quitting smoking? chronic sinusitis and gerd for awhile, but the globus sensation and dyspnea (both left sided) are worse since. normal oxi/spiro/auscultation.

Don't go back: It is good you stopped smoking , congratulations , don't find the lame excuse after quitting you are worse off than before and want to go back to smoking, most likely you have unrelated upper respiratory tract infection, & gerd get it treated you will be fine.

Sinue & Gerd need at: Years of cigarette smoking cannot be reversed in two weeks. Ask your physician if your sinuses or gerd need treatment.
