No urinary symptoms and normal urinalysis almost rule out a bladder pathology. You have pain in the pelvic area rather than a bladder pain. Because you also have pain in the coccyx , a careful and thorough physical exam of lumbosacral spines and pelvis should be repeated. We should not rely too much on tests.

I'm not sure how you can determine that the pain is coming from your urinary bladder & not from abdominal muscles. Do you have urinary symptoms? Did your urinalysis include a microscopic exam of the urine sediment which would show any abnormal cells? Do you have a history of injury to the coccyx which can lead to long-term tenderness? Xray.of coccyx done? Consider exams by orthopedic speciali
