I havent heard back from my dr. i really need an answer or someone with experience of taking escitalopram 10mg, bupropion 300mg,&hydroxyzine 75mg. when i was on bupropion and hydroxyzine the dr said i could smoke. can i still with escitalopram?

I might be misreading your post, but smoking is not OK regardless of what type of meds you are on. Bupropion is used many times for smoking cessation purposes. May want to confirm with your prescriber, but meds are not used to enable patients to keep smoking, but to help them quit and aside from other reasons ( depression, anxiety, etc).
