These are ?'s: that you should be addressing to the physician who is prescribing the Wellbutrin. Also, bupropion is an "activating" antidepressant and may increase anxiety itself, so your doctor needs to know this is a problem for you. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine that is mildly sedating and is ok for very occasional use. Your doctor needs to diagnose WHY you have anxiety to best treat it. I don't like Xanax (alprazolam).
