As an Allopathic doctor I do not recommend most so called herbal remedies. They make wild unsubstantiated claims, are un regulated, so no one knows the quantity, quality or content. At age 20 your cognitive capacity is at peak and cant be enhanced by anything. Eat healthy, exercise and save your money by not taking supplements. You will be fine

Unless you suffer vitamin or mineral insufficiencies, there are NO supplements which will provide cognitive improvements at age 20. Each, of the useless items you mention, has substantial risk of harm depending upon the doses and additives. Instead of pursuing false promotions, focus on education and aerobic exercise, along with healthy dietary habits. There is NO magical formula.
