if 'every test' is shows 'nothing' then probably there is nothing serious going on. But You should consult a neurologist for a thoro exam . Hope you feel better

Agree with Dr. Tandan that you need to see a neurologist to find out what is wrong so the correct treatment can be rendered. You should also keep track of when this symptom is occurring and what you are doing when it happens-write this information down for a few weeks. This will help the neurologist narrow down the possible causes. Further testing by the neurologist may be needed. Good luck!
