A member asked:

Ive been coughing for a little over a month, with extra mucus. the doctors listened to my lungs, x rays and ekg, and everything is fine. i do have sinus issues. does this rule out chest issues? bronchitis, etc? i wake up with a headache/stuffy nose?

Sinusitis is more likely and may require an antibiotic. Allergic disease may lead to post nasal drip, cough and is often associated with wheezing and cough. If you have itchiness or watery eyes the congestion is likely due to allergies. Discuss both diagnoses, rinse nasal passages with saline, monitor temperature and breathing. Post COVID-19 these symptoms may also occur. Watch for fever.

It does sound that your symptoms may be due to sinusitis and postnasal drip. Other conditions, associated or not, cannot be ruled out. Once sinus condition addressed properly any remaining symptoms will have to be further assessed.
